Have started on an exercise regime + sensible dieting to get the extra pounds off before the party in Oct. Jogs on Mons, Thurs and Suns have been slow, tedious but strangely, gratifying coz I have lost about 1/2 inch off the waist already. Cut down on Carbo and stocking up on more lean protein and veg.
Yesterday's jog with Ms Clover and Teh Peng was good :)
An interesting fact (published in Shape, Oct 2007): playing golf will burn about 288 calories with you carrying the golf bag around :p So play more golf?
The event in Oct is taking shape slowly. We have been confirming the dinner menu as well as other little miscellaneous items that will add to the atmosphere of the party, while @ the same time, planning our itinerary to Japan after the party. Thank God for the internet!
In fact we have even created a countdown sheet of things-to-do for ourselves as there's only less than 4 weeks more to go. Man.. I cannot even begin to imagine planning for the customary and this is just an engagement party for close friends and family :)
Well, I will be posting up pictures of some past weddings taken lately that have been sitting around so stay tuned!

sadly i injured my knee... else i'll definitely run with u. let it heal... and i'll be on my way to my first half marathon end of this year:)
btw... they din mention in "shape" that sex burns even more? oh well...
