my messy desktop
here's a shot of my desktop... shot's for the Singapore Mac users forum so I tot of sharing it here too.
Description:
On the left of pic you will see my more than 2.5 year old Dell desktop (still going strong and healthy) with its 19" CRT moniter (which is taking up a lot of space on the desk) and on the right of the pic, you will see the beautiful sleek and aesthetically designed 15" Powerbook G4. Big difference ehh... currently running the 2 OS together for maximum effect as certain programs dun work very well on WinXP (ie: Photoshop CS) so I use the PC to check for colors while I edit them on the Mac
Then of coz is the blue thing to the extreme left of the big (not the file like scanner) but the on beside the mouse.. that's the iPOD mini in its marware sportsfolio.
My ultimate dream is to get the 23" apple cinema display, set it in the middle of the desktop, get rid of the 19" CRT and then link the CPU of my old PC and the Powerbook to use the display via a KVM switch. den again, it would be also good to get the mac mini... sigh....
