Secretly... secretly...
Met up with 2 clients today... one after the other...
one is with the Wedding Entourage and the other is a referral. I don't know wassup with me but I didn't manage to secure a feeling that I would seal a deal today but secretly, I had wished I didn't.
Funny? Yes... I had a secret wish that I can go Manado the same week the couples were having their weddings. A week away from all.. just be in the weightlessness of being underwater, to listen to the breathing from your own body, to see and touch slimy fishes in the clear (25 - 35m clarity) waters off the Indonesian East coast, to enjoy the company of friends and hopofully, learn to scuba dive and get a SSI cert in all 4 days... basically to lose myself...
Met up with Sam together with Ms Clover today for a great bak ku teh lunch @ Sin Ming Drv. He shared with us his recent trips to HKG and his dive trip to Manado.. we were instantly bought over.. so long our Thailand trip and HELLO MANADO!
Sigh.. life's a contradication... but I know I will truly welcome the change of environment from the usual bustle of citylife to a laid back beach resort stay and get a suntan.

Sulawesi just kena earthquake. Maybe wait awhile before going Manado ? Plus monsoon season now with NE winds blowing. good idea to wait.

Hmm.. planning to go in March :) Monsoon season would be over then... just have to pray that no major earthquakes (apparently, that area always have light tremors)
