after the long jog....
ran around my neighbourhood and towards Woodlands Ave 12 where there's the super long runway-like road towards Gambas rd... had the chance to experience the lovely evening around Woodlands.. ended my run at the top of the slope that overlooked SLE.. man.. I feel good up there...
I really hate to run but surprisingly I like to jog long distance... and I guess this is going to be my usual routine now that I found this running route and this haven-like ending point...
During the run, I managed to clear my head and focus in on the things I want to do and plan the steps on how to go about achieving it... funny how jogging can actually allow such brain activities when it's really purely physical exertion...
So here I am now... typing away with LUSH 99.5 playing in the room... feeling good and ready to accept the challenges ahead....
man.. the things a jog can do...
*yay*! Guess sometimes we just need solitude with nothing distracting us to sort out our thoughts and anxiety. Can try meditating on His word too, I guess(like what I blogged about).
This reminds me I need to keep up my jogging regime. urgh.

heheh.. think I will go jogging more often now... seems that it helps in losing weight.. lost about 4 kgs after ICT :D
