What Taiwanese think of Singapore...
Taiwanese to Taiwanese Guide:
"Singapore's policies very strict right?"
"Yes.. you can't litter or chew gum or shout vulgarities in public" came the reply
"Really? Their policing efforts are so effective?"
"Yes! Of course! The last time I brought a group there, one of them was caught INSTANTLY for just dropping a piece of tissue on the seat."
*Gasp!* "What happen then?"
"We managed to resolved this peacefully with the local authorities. The fine is very expensive!"
"Yes, I've heard about Singapore's government loves to fine a huge sum for the smallest matters."
"So you guys had better to be on your guard and try to break any rules. No spitting even!"
End of conversation as the airport staff calls for boarding.
... and what do we as Singaporeans think of this:
*raised eyebrows and snigger*
Thats *kwa zhang*! At least our politicians don't fight during parliament! *duh*
