Prayers for the victims of the recent natural disaster.
It came so suddenly and so abrupt that many lives were lost while holidaying in the resort areas of Phuket, Phi Phi Island.. parts of Malaysia and Male, Maldives and the epic center of Aceh, Indonesia.
The news of the tsunamis and the richter scale 8.9 magnitude earthquake that left so many thousands of people dead has spread across the world. So many innocent lives lost and so much damage, all seen in the comforts of our Singapore homes.
Singapore is really a blessed island who enjoy the geographical location that boost its sea port business in the early days of nation building and for being sheltered from all sides by our neightbouring countries from any natural calamities that might take the island out in one swipe. Trulym we must give thanks to God.
Do pray for God's mercy and grace on the search & rescue teams who are still looking for survivors amongst the ruins as well comfort the families of those whose lives were lost in this tragedy. Pray also for the fullest support from international bodies as they come forward to help with all the resources that they can get.

help the victims and this donation will be used for the medicine, first
aid, food parcels and other relief supplies for the homeless
victims.

Public can also buy $10 Relief Packages, comprising milk, rice, tuna and cream crackers from all NTUC FairPrice outlets. The purchased packages will be directed to Mercy Relief for airfreight to stricken areas.
