This particular sound track is really nice, something really different from most local productions. Haven't got a chance to catch this movie by Royston Tan but I will definitely get the DVD when it's out.

the power of music :)
I can't help but thinking how the meaningful lyrics is so true in Christian context.

aiyo... so sad you can't catch it on big screen coz there is a lot of colour (literally) to the show and the best way to get the full visual effects is to see it BIG. It's just different on TV.
And yes the music on the show is really good. But I heard that they are all oldies. My mum sang one of them to an elderly auntie and she got all excited.

i thought the show was good! the songs on stage were really done well. i love the hokkien spewing Aunty Ling. she's such a scream!!! totally eloquent!
but i forgot it's a hokkien musical. so they break into songs every now and then. :( by the end of the show, it was quite an overdose of hokkien songs for me.
